Choose the gear and dates you need, pay securely online and decide whether to collect in Nelson or have it couriered anywhere in New Zealand. Transit time is on us. You only pay for the days the gear is part of your trip.

Choose your gear and dates
Book the outdoor gear you need online for the dates you will actually use it. Whether it is a weekend escape or a week-long mission, your hire charge covers your adventure dates only. You do not pay hire charges for the time your gear spends in transit.
Pay securely when you book
Pay only the hire charge online. For hire gear, your card is saved securely with Stripe and may be charged up to the clearly shown authorisation amount after the hire for documented loss, damage, cleaning or overdue fees. The authorisation amount is not charged when you book.
Pick up or get it delivered
Collect your order from our Nelson store, or choose nationwide courier delivery. We send courier orders ahead of time so your equipment arrives before the hire period starts. Courier orders need at least three days between ordering and the start of your hire for processing and delivery.
Send or bring it back
Drop the gear back at our Nelson store, or repack a courier order using the prepaid return ticket provided. Call the courier for pickup and we will take it from there. Return every part together and let us know about any damage or missing pieces.
